batch file - Run shell script in Windows without Cygwin/requiring downloads from clients -

I'm working to change the software running in the Mac / Unix environment (C-Shell Shares) which are some windows When we release the Windows version, team users do not want to download anything other than what we ship in order to use the software, which is also something like PORGABILITY software such as SAGVIN and better-suited Uses Python as Kripting languages.

Goggling for Windows CSH interpreter, we could dry with the ship. Some projects found with these lines are limited to emulate the Unix environment on the user's computer. I is an easy way to use Bash script in the software running on Windows, possibly with some code Can ship? Compile it randomly, steal Sighwin interpreter, whatever solution works

This code runs through many different inputs of our software, including file manipulation and Mathematics is included, but there is no external dependency in it. This script is sometimes updated from outside the company, so the solution for future scripts should ideally be implemented.

I would really want to avoid translating CSS's complex methods into hands by the hands of DOS.
