css - stop scrollbar from fading on mac osx 10.7 -


I am running Chrome 27 on mac osx 10.7 and I always want to show scrollbar to a code with overflow I: Scroll; But it keeps vanishing. How can I go about solving this?

You can not, and if the system (or user) wants, you override it anyway Should not.
